Hello Parents!
I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Mrs. Plouff, a former Karigon Elementary student. I am very excited to be the NEW Art Teacher for Karigon Elementary. I have had a wonderful 5 year journey here at Shenendehowa. I spent my first 4 years at Acadia Middle School, and last year at High School East teaching Film & Video, Color Photography as well as Studio in Fine Art. In the Spring I heard that Ms. Marzitelli was retiring and I thought how amazing it would be to replace my very own elementary teacher. Ms. Marzitelli wished her students good luck before the end of the year, reminding them that she would always be here with them, because a piece of her is still in the classroom. As much as we will miss Ms. M., I hope that I can do just as good of a job taking care of your children, her students. I am very excited to be here and hope your children RAVE about their experiences in art this year!
