Taking SELFIES! 1st through 5th grade are learning about composition, self portraits and space with this fun drawing lesson- not to mention a great writing prompt too! Students are asked to draw themselves "selfie style" doing something they enjoyed over the summer. They are also asked to text their friend what they did or goals they have for the year.
